Users can access Offline data on their mobile phones and manually submit once they are back in a network area. Data is securely stored on the server with a timestamp indicating when it was submitted.

Each activity performed on the mobile application is accompanied by visual evidence, the user's latitude, longitude, and location details are automatically recorded at the time of activity and uploaded to the system.
